Yard Sale
Rain update: Because of the rain, many sellers are moving to Sunday, August 2, 9 am – 3 pm. Some sales will still be out on Saturday, but expect the most sellers on Sunday.
Sheridan Park has been holding an annual yard sale for many years. It’s typically the first Saturday in August, and has great resident participation!
The streets between Montrose & Lawrence, Clark & Broadway should be filled with yard sales!
If you’d like to attend, just stop by — and check the map above to plan your route.
2026: Saturday August 1, 9 am – 3 pm, with many sellers on Sunday, August 2, 9 am – 3 pm.
